Conference “New Opportunities for Lithuanian Researchers for 2021-2027. HORIZON EUROPE” (24th of January, 2019)

The Research Council of Lithuania in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania and the Lithuanian RDI Liaison office LINO is organizing a conference “New Opportunities for Lithuanian Researchers for 2021-2027. HORIZON EUROPE”.

Mr. Jean-Eric Paquet, the Director-General for Research and Innovation from the European Commission, will deliver a keynote presentation in the morning session of the conference.  Further continuing with observations on challenges and success stories for Lithuania while participating in the „Horizon 2020“ programme as well as national expectations for the future period. The afternoon session of the conference will include representatives from Austria, Ireland and the European Commission with their presentations on National Contact Points (NCPs) national systems and European networks, with the aim to discuss the possibilities how to strengthen the NCPs role in the upcoming "Horizon Europe" programme.

The conference will be held on the 24th of January, 2019 starting from 09:30 AM at the Research Council of Lithuania (Gedimino av. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania).
